You’ve probably already spoken with our awesome staff on the phone, and they’re excited to finally meet you face-to-face.
Once you’re comfortable, we’ll ask you to fill out a little paperwork—(complete it ahead of time here)—then you’ll be ready to begin your first session.
After a brief conversation about your situation, your physical therapist will use specialized hands-on techniques to gather data about your body. Don’t worry—we’ll explain what we’re doing every step of the way. Questions are encouraged!
We’ll discuss your treatment plan. This will include your diagnosis (what exactly is wrong), your goals (what we want to achieve by the time you graduate from physical therapy), and the plan (how we’re going to get you to the goal). You’ll also get an estimate for how many appointments you will need. We NEVER tell our clients that we’re just going to “wait and see what happens”.
Full Body Diagnostics are complimentary and last for about 30 minutes.

We’ll get down to business right away. Make sure you wear loose-fitting clothing or workout clothes so you can move comfortably!
Using effective manual therapy techniques, coupled with functional mobilization, your physical therapist will work to return your body to its efficient state through mobilization of joints, fascia and other soft tissues, neurodynamics, and even visceral (organs) mobilization.
Full appointments last an hour. You will spend the entire session working one-on-one with your physical therapist. We will never hand you off to an assistant or tell you to work on something by yourself.
We’ll evaluate your improvements repeating the special testing process from the beginning of the appointment. Over 99% of patients experience immediate change in muscle function after just one session.
Finally, we’ll finish by showing you how to retain the improvements you’ve achieved. We’ll give you between one and three specific exercise instructions you can perform at home. We make it really easy—We can even take a video of you doing the exercises so that you remember exactly how to do them when you’re on your own.
